They a very nice pool area, however, the back side of their pool area needs painting. The louvers looked rusty on the outside ventilation vent. The condo towne home is not too far away from the pool area. Paving still looks good, but the building is only 2 years of age. The condo is nice the owner should paint. Here’s some of the photos to see of the build quality you will receive from Lennar. After two years in my place, I’m not happy with the quality of work or how lennar conducts business. Even with work that was “repaired” the issues still come back. With subpar quality materials and subpar work being passed because they are trying to paid their wallets as much as possible.
