People are nice enough. Its in a decent location. Yards are small. Of course the biggest complaint is that nobody picks up their dogs poop. I see it everywhere it's disgusting. HOA is good although they don't really enforce anything.
Driving through the neighborhood looking for ranch style w/basement home.
This is a beautiful neighborhood with walkability to downtown and tons of happy neighbors. There are multiple parks and places to ride your bike along with a pool and pickleball court. Almost to everybody has a dog in this neighborhood so you can Bond over your Love of animals ☺️ there is a wide age range that lives here so if you are moving here with children there are many potential friends to make and if you are older you are able to make connections as well 💖
