I will strongly advise engaging an independent inspector and thoroughly reviewing all non-warrantable items prior to finalizing any purchase with Lennar. Lennar's subcontractor, Loving Landscape, is installing weeds instead of Bermuda grass and providing deceased trees in the front landscaping. Furthermore, some homeowners have reported issues such as septic system failures and siding detachment. I regret buying from lennar!! Buyers please be aware!!
Do not buy here. The HOA collects but will not enforce bylaws. Apparently anyone can be approved. It’s halfway complete but it’s becoming increasingly low class with every home sale. In addition don’t believe the comments they are responding to. Trust and believe…. You will regret it. Take your buying power elsewhere. Yes I’m a current homeowner!
Don’t fall for the pictures. I swear if we knew so many classless people moved out here we wouldn’t have purchased. The HOA is a joke because until the development is completed, it is ruled by Lennar. Folks are trashy and put up fences not in compliance with the HOA tenements. No one follows rules. Constant parking overnight on the street, parking on the grass, grills in the front yard/porch, basketball goals in the streets, and trash everywhere.
