Bought in at wildflower in the “valley” project. I love the home and the warranty that comes with it is fantastic. The only thing I’ve got a gripe with is the speed at which landscaping is happening. The rentals near us can get their landscaping done, but those of us who own and have a mortgage have to wait? I understand things get busy, but we should focus on finishing one project before we start another. I will change the rating once the landscaping is done but I can’t say I’m impressed with the absolute snails pace things... read more
I bought in wildflower about 4 years ago and am so happy with our home. We haven’t had any issues at all and found the workmanship was some of the best out there. We own two homes in the community, a single family as well as a townhome and they have been great! Definitely recommend Lennar to anyone and everyone!
DONT MOVE HERE! The lake has been promised for years and we got an email May 2025, they still have to file permits. Each year they say," We are hoping to open the lake this year" I’ve paid HOA fees of $170 since 2021 and still no lake. If you want this to be you, Move on in.
