Harsh weather killed majority of landscaping around home we've only lived in for 4 months, told our responsibility to replace. Replaced all dead plants and mulch. 6 days later mowers came by to mow and blew grass clippings over the new mulch. When trying to talk to them before they say NO ENGLISH. Not impressed
The sales people don’t care to help as they act like you don’t even exist. I was not even given a hello when entering the office. The build quality is terrible if you know about Lennar in this state they cut corners and don’t stand behind their warranty. I looked at a previous community they built in viera and the residents I spoke with said they had major issues with build quality and even the clubhouse had a major leak.
