Examples: Shower, washer and dryer, insulation, front door, plumbing, Irrigation, Electrical & more ( ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER)! To their credit they expediently fix once reported, but what happens when it is out of Warranty???? Harsh weather killed majority of landscaping around home we've only lived in for 4 months, told our responsibility to replace. Replaced all dead plants and mulch. 6 days later mowers came by to mow and blew grass clippings over the new mulch. When trying to talk to them before they say NO ENGLISH. Not impressed
