The sales people don’t care to help as they act like you don’t even exist. I was not even given a hello when entering the office. The build quality is terrible if you know about Lennar in this state they cut corners and don’t stand behind their warranty. I looked at a previous community they built in viera and the residents I spoke with said they had major issues with build quality and even the clubhouse had a major leak. The Timbers is beautifully landscaped and it has lots to offer, golfing, bocce ball, fishing ramp, walking/hiking trails and an amenity center soon to open. The neighbors are friendly too.
