Beautiful place but remote.
**do not buy your house here** this is supposed to be a 55 and older community. My mom lives here and I was with her when she bought the house the sales guy told us that the only thing she would need to do is replace the mulch. The neighborhood takes care of all the plants. Turns out that that wasn’t true and now my mom is receiving HOA violation, letters for plants that the builder planted and did not survive or Did not survive the winter. Blue Stream very poor quality, extremely unreliable. Over 10 hours no wifi or television, monthly occurrence. Also ICE hitThe Timbers for the 3rd time in less than a year, hauled off roofers and some landscapers. UPDATE: Blue Stream will adjust monthly payment after 24 hours internet down, so check in the morning and give them a call. DAY 3 EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE STILL HAPPENING WITH BLUE STREAM, REPAIR NOTDONE
