Looks nice. but read the fine print! The Timbers may look picture-perfect from the outside, but living here feels like you're constantly being watched. Neighbors take photos of your home to report to the HOA, and you're expected to follow an endless list of restrictive rules — all supposedly to "protect property values." We can't even have a small playset in our own yard for our three young children, and the neighborhood hasn't provided one.
