The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are great, but the house itself has been a huge disappointment. Within days of moving in, the paint on the doors started bubbling and peeling. Many of the tiles are chipped or cracked, and it feels like everything is already falling apart. When we bought the house, we were told there was a one-year warranty. A month later, when we tried to get things fixed, we were told it wasn’t covered because we’d “been living in it.”

Reasonable price and quiet location are suitable for living.
In theory the self reservation system seems like a good idea... but it doesn't work and the correct location was very confusing. Everyone ended up just tailing other folks in or holding the door open for others. Fix your reservation system and door access codes.
