I don't live here, just visited. It's still very much under construction with dirt everywhere and sprinkler systems always on causing tons of mud & puddles and makes it super inconvenient to simply take a walk. Every time I tried to walk the Henry Hudson or to the dog park, I'd have to dodge getting soaked. Very congested feeling, no character and parking is so incredibly limited that I'm not sure how you could have more than 1 guest over. Having a party would definitely be problematic.
