The sales team are incredible, they really look after you and help in every way they can. The problem's start after closing, its as if they completely forget about you and don't care about any problems you have. Their construction team even stop responding your calls and texts. Whom ever is in charge of this is a real shame, because they destroyed the experience of buying our first home. The location is great, Looks great as a community. Will write a review after I occupy the home in couple of months. For now, Sales team are great sellers. No customizations whatsoever ever is asked even when it comes to a Bulb or Chandlers hanger, color anything for that matter. For a 4 bed room house, the refrigerator is too small.
As an appraiser for 20 years I have seen it all including many of the Lennar homes. This was my first exposure to this location and as with their other locations it is pure quality. From the ground breaking to the final inspection nothing was left out for the buyers to expect. I actually went their a second time just to walk around to look at the finished home of different styles and as expected, impressive. Unfortunately all my photos were uploaded to my report, next time :)
