Absolutely incompetent company to deal with. 2nd year into a new Lennar home, and boy this company is disorganized and unprofessional, they stared to rip the curb around the whole community because they did a bad job at first, no garages are accessible and they didn’t now account for people that have ev cars, so most of the ev car owners have been charging at paid station several miles away from home just because some incompetent people planned for this construction at Lennar. Great community, builder, neighbors etc. etc but the HOA has some very pointless procedures. Be ready to work for them and never expect them to help you with anything or expect any responses on a timely manner. HOA Name: New Associa
Its a safe community with good landscape and all the amenities are at 2 mile distance.
