Absolutely worse customer service. Have had grading issues with the house and a professional inspector reported the same. This issue was raised three times with Lennar but their response was that its up to code. The last attempt, the property manager measured the grading with a tape and hammer and confirmed there is no grading issue (which makes no sense). When you try escalating, Lennar corporate mentioned there are no options for me to escalate at Lennar and I can chose to reach out o Better Business Bureau. Warranty is gr... read more
