Great community, builder, neighbors etc. etc but the HOA has some very pointless procedures. Be ready to work for them and never expect them to help you with anything or expect any responses on a timely manner. HOA Name: New Associa
Its a safe community with good landscape and all the amenities are at 2 mile distance.
We were promised that a park/ playground will be made for the kids when we booked this home in 2021. We moved here in Oct 2022. There is still no information with the Lennar office on when a playground will be built. Roads are the only playground for kids in this community with construction vehicles everywhere as of Oct 2023😞
