I had a deeply frustrating experience with the sales manager Mark Saunderson. Despite bringing up serious mold issues during the pre-drywall inspection, Lennar failed to respond or address the problem. Instead of addressing the concern, Mark Saunderson resorted to threats, attempting to force me to cancel the contract. It seemed he was more interested in making a quick sale to another buyer who is unknown to the mold, at a higher price(because the home price is increasing after several months), ignoring the mold issue entire... read more
