Our house was hit on 10/29/2022. Since now 3 house was like the way just hit. External maintenance is entirely your responsibility as per Florida law. As homeowners, we need an explanation. We have the right to know the progress of the renovation. Ignoring us doesn't mean that issues can be resolved. It is best for all of us to follow the law.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. My house and 2 others had damages caused by a car crash that occurred on October 29, 2022 and at the time of writing this review (February 24, 2022) nothing has been done to get it repaired. I have sent several emails and left several voicemails to them as well and have not gotten a response from anyone. 2 association managers who were trying to help us have also been removed from their positions since the crash occurred.
