We bought a house in Nampa, Id. It was a pleasant experience at first but once we finished signing paperwork and got moved in they didn't do anything they told us they were going to do. They didn't clean the house at all before we moved in saw dust was all over and drywall dust, we had paint splatter all over the floors and cabinets, we also had a gopher issue before we even bought the house and they told us they would clean up all the holes when we did a walk through before we moved in and that never got done. Working with Lennar Sales, Lennar Mortgage, and Lennar Title was the single worst experience I've had on a real estate transaction in my 7 year career. Their lack of communication, respect for their transaction partners and overall lack of professionalism is appalling. If you are a home buyer or real estate professional, I would highly advise against working with Lennar at all costs. There are so much better options for new construction homes in our area that are similarly priced.

Peggy lied to us multiple times during the process and was telling us number that ended up being way lower than what actually came back. Meanwhile, she knew the whole time what the payments were supposed to be and we caught her after closing. I will never trust her on anything ever again. Lennar has the best structrual of any entry level builders in the valley but cheap out on finishes.
