It's very disappointing that the Mandalay Ranch division doesn't have a beautiful entryway way sign like Sweetwater Glen and ALL the other builders off hwy 20/26 in Caldwell. Even Hubble Homes Mason Creek housing division and KB Homes have beautiful entrway signs at EVERY entrance to the their housing areas. Feels like Mandalay Ranch got the short end of the stick on these deals. It makes the neighborhood feel so mediocre and basic. While some families decorate trees and sip hot cocoa, we’re out back admiring the seasonal lake that appears every time it rains. Apparently poor drainage is a festive surprise feature you discover after closing.
Great subdivision, great builder. Ideal location 7 minutes from the freeway, 10 minutes from costco, 5 minutes from Meridian.
They lied about the amenities and said “it was a mistake telling us”. Poor craftsmanship of the home and robotic reps (they’ll say things just to appease). I’m already considering putting my house up for sale.
