This has been the worst experience with buying a house. I was very excited to buy a house in Katy (Sunterra) Texas, and finally picked the property that I liked. Lennar has been nothing but a mess from day one. The loan officers (Jeana Nelson and Josh Blake) kept asking for documents all the way until the day of closing. I did not receive my Final Disclosures to know what my final numbers are and how much money I need to wire until 2 HOURS before closing on the same day of closing!
