Great help, but prices not accessible!
Please don’t go with the sales person Marty after he get the deal done he won’t help you with anything he won’t even consider to help you even a bit and act like he never seen you before avoid that sales person I hope lennar hire better sales people who actually helps customers after purchasing the name is Marty please avoid
We have lived here for two years and have dealt with severely poor water quality that has damaged our faucets and fixtures. While the builder is now providing water systems to residents who have been here for one year or less, they are refusing to honor the same solution for us. It is disappointing and unfair to see long-term residents neglected while identical issues are being resolved for newer neighbors. A home purchase is a major investment, and we expected better support and equality in how these defects are handled
