I wanted to write a review to mention how great the process was as a First Time Home Buyer. Since moving into our home in October 2022, we have had a few issues with our home. This past Saturday we noticed our sewer line backing up. I had RotoRooter come out to unclog the sewage line and use a camera to see if there’s a problem with our sewage line. Yup, sewage line came apart in our front yard. We notified Lennar homes and they give us the run around. We are 1 1/2 months past our 2 year warranty so they will not cover the repairs. I didn’t do a poor job installing the sewage line….
