Last year, I viewed the Next Gen Lennar home in Homeland, Ca. After several walkthroughs with my family, we decided it would be perfect for our family. My parents would live in the two bedroom attached residence and my family would take the larger 5 bedroom 3 bath. This brings me to my 1 star review. I filled out the application submitted my documents on the lennar mortgage website and never got a response back from their agent, Craig Griffin NMLS 252888.
