Let me start by saying I cannot say enough bad things about the Lennar Summerside subdivision. From the start our “sales consultant” made us an appointment to view a home, then an hour or so later basically tried to blow us off and make us view the home at a different time due to a “family commitment” that just dawned on them. So already off on a bad start. Next we have issues with the home, GAS LEAKS, DAMAGED ROOF SHINGLES, HVAC ISSUES, a plethora of ELECTRICAL ISSUES.
