Please review the other negative reviews! I’m having same issues now. Everything seemed great before close. However since close and receiving keys, we’ve been left on the back burner. Multiple issues with home that would have been caught had there been inspections done. Michael Cuellar here assured us that he had inspected the home and there would be a final inspection completed after our walk through. Will update review if we can get our issues fixed, thanks. At this time I would not trust anyone’s word that works here.
Horrible experience so far. Expected an issue free new home.
Edited 10-23-2025 Below was my review of Lennar until I have lived in my home and realized they did everything as basic as humanly possible. I have issues with the plumbing if I could do this all over again, I would not have moved here. Changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. If they fix the plumbing, I'll change it back to a 5 star but I doubt it as they are more concerned with quantity of homes, that Quality. Also, there is a gasket on the waterheater that was not intalled correctly and they refuse to fix it. Buyer beware!!... read more
Let me start by saying I cannot say enough bad things about the Lennar Summerside subdivision. From the start our “sales consultant” made us an appointment to view a home, then an hour or so later basically tried to blow us off and make us view the home at a different time due to a “family commitment” that just dawned on them.
