I'm so very disappointed in the poor quality of my new Lennar home at the Summerside edition in Lockhart Tx, purchased in August 2024. I had to submit warranty request x4 on the garage door, the back cement porch separated.deom the foundation, my attic was filled with unused insolation that they left behind, I've submitting roof repairs, lack of sealants applied in multiple out piping places and my porch and garage have what they termed as superficial cracks.
