We have been living in Story Park for a year and a half, and in the first month they had to fix some leaks in the back door area. Then we were without electricity in the living room and in the stairs after the year, and now we have problems with the air conditioning because it has a leak or something with the coolant, I feel very very disappointed with the construction. This house is too expensive for the poor quality of materials and the warranty of the air conditioner is super short and bad.
I bought a few and sold many Lennar homes. I live here in Storey Park. I love the neighborhood, location and my neighbors. Construction is pretty good in all of the homes I sold including my own. But my next door neighbor, who bought it without a realtor, had a LOT of problems with their sewer, eventually after two years Lennar did find them a place to stay and chipped the floor open to redo their plumbing though.
