Absolutely terrible. Good from a far. Two months post move in with no repairs and poor craftsmanship. Our walls are crooked, bathtub has dents in it, unfinished painting, bugs coming in the house because our doors on not put in properly, tubing falling out of door frame, nails sticking out of the floor. The streets are ruined from all of the construction and lennar/HOA has done nothing to clean it up. Just another job left unfinished. The only good part about dealing with Lennar was our loan agent.
By far the worst developer to do business with in Orlando Florida.
I recently purchased a townhome in this community. Overall the place and community are beautiful but I recently have had some concerns about the quality of the work. During the walkthrough, there was a list of things that needed to be completed prior to my closing.
