Worst mistake we ever made! The most stressful time in our lives from trying to close to trying to get warranty repairs. They definitely took the joy out of what was suppose to be our forever home.
There are so many neighborhoods being built near by and even conjoining to this one by different builders. Go with them-NOT Lennar. The whole experience from purchasing the home and even doing a post walkthrough after closing was a nightmare. The project manager seemed great initially to help resolve issues and then stopped responding. We are almost at our year mark and they are refusing to fix the home to standards on almost everything under warranty.
