Home builder is bad. I liked the trees
It’s Lennar so that should tell you all you need to know about the quality of the homes and golf course community. They also made a bunch of promises for ecological preservation when they obtained their permits and basically lied about everything. Great community if you’re looking for a Truman show type neighborhood where every house looks identical with no trees.
Why build an old peoples community next to a high school? Why not Family housing next to a school? SJC & Lennar brilliance.
