PSA For anyone looking to buy!! Google 'Stop the Stink St. Augustine' before you buy a house in here. The builders will not tell you about the biosolid facility that you are moving in next to and it smells of human feces depending which way the wind blows. Just know what you're getting into before you move here.
I was skeptical about purchasing in St. Augustine Lakes after reading some of the Google reviews and having a bad experience with KB Homes. However, I am so glad I didn’t let the negativity hinder my chance at a beautiful home. My husband and I hired two of our own advocates to guide us through the buying process.
