Terrible service regarding warranties; buying from Lennar means buying a home without warranty coverage, and the Service Manager provides appalling service. No matter how often you submit reports through the proper channels, they don't resolve the issues; they leave jobs unfinished because Lennar won't authorize the work. James, the Service Administrator, is horrible. If you want to protect your investment, don't buy from Lennar. You lose out with them.

I am the current resident of spiritas ranch, Little Elm, and I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing and stressful warranty experience. My issues were handled by the field warranty manager, and unfortunately, the experience has been very distressing. Several valid warranty issues were repeatedly closed without any proper resolution or even informing me. Communication has been poor, and problems are being dismissed instead of fixed.
