Do not buy a lennar home here. Where do I begin. Everything went perfect for a moment, then the never ending fixes began. Ac stopped working immediately (currently not working) bad wiring. Moldy carpet in one room. Water damage after finding leak in a separate room. Water drainage issues inside home and outside. I recently explored a few Lennar homes that were listed as eligible under the 3.75% special rate, with up to $50K in price reductions and appliance package included as advertised here: Lennar Promotion. I initially called the number listed and was assisted by Jesus, who was helpful and confirmed that all three of the homes I was interested in were included in this promotion. My experience with Lennar Homes at Spiritas Ranch was unfortunately very disappointing. Initially, I spoke with Christina, who was supposed to FaceTime me the next day to show me a property. That call never came. I followed up with her, and she explained that she had experienced a death in the family. I completely understood and extended my sympathies.
