When my clients wanted Lennar I came into it ready to criticize a new build but the team quickly showed us why this home was a great choice. My client are happy and professionally I would be happy to bring my future clients here again.
Danny took great care of us. He didn’t make us feel like we were just a number - he asked a lot of good questions to find out exactly what we were looking for. My home is beautiful & I would definitely recommend Lennar for a first time home buyer.
Do not buy a lennar home here. Where do I begin. Everything went perfect for a moment, then the never ending fixes began. Ac stopped working immediately (currently not working) bad wiring. Moldy carpet in one room. Water damage after finding leak in a separate room. Water drainage issues inside home and outside.
