I am the current resident of spiritas ranch, Little Elm, and I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing and stressful warranty experience. My issues were handled by the field warranty manager, and unfortunately, the experience has been very distressing. Several valid warranty issues were repeatedly closed without any proper resolution or even informing me. Communication has been poor, and problems are being dismissed instead of fixed. When my clients wanted Lennar I came into it ready to criticize a new build but the team quickly showed us why this home was a great choice. My client are happy and professionally I would be happy to bring my future clients here again.
Danny took great care of us. He didn’t make us feel like we were just a number - he asked a lot of good questions to find out exactly what we were looking for. My home is beautiful & I would definitely recommend Lennar for a first time home buyer.
