Its a scam. Don't do it. Its too much "$" for the quality. The fences are poorly constructed. Tons of loose dogs. I have a tree growing through my fence. They just built around it. The grass they gave me came with weeds. The house materials are cheap and inexpensive. In order for the house to be up to standard, I would have to renovate everything with my own money. The house look nice form the outside the floor downstairs is pretty but tones of untidy workmanship and when there is issue while the warranty is active they’ll come however if the same issue continues they’ll then say the warranty is out . I will never purchase a Lennar home again . They so poor quality work and sloppy .

I bought a house. Poor building contractors. Our fence has poor quality wood. Rails not done with treated wood they used white wood. Electricity has outlets not working anymore. Windows and door trim dont have a sealant. Poor painting job. Etc. Don't buy from this builder nor KB homes.
