The house look nice form the outside the floor downstairs is pretty but tones of untidy workmanship and when there is issue while the warranty is active they’ll come however if the same issue continues they’ll then say the warranty is out . I will never purchase a Lennar home again . They so poor quality work and sloppy .
I bought a house. Poor building contractors. Our fence has poor quality wood. Rails not done with treated wood they used white wood. Electricity has outlets not working anymore. Windows and door trim dont have a sealant. Poor painting job. Etc. Don't buy from this builder nor KB homes.
I purchased my home in 2023 and I love it!
