RUN, DON'T WALK. I read the reviews prior to contemplating on choosing Lennar as a potential homebuilder. The price, location, and home size was good so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe my experience might be different. Boy did I make a mistake. We've had great luck and have been in the home for about a month now. There have been a few things that went wrong but they repaired things very quickly. Our pipes didn't burst during the freezes. They were also very nice about letting us in before we closed to measure things and make sure all our things would fit where we wanted them.
