My wife and I deeply regret buying a Lennar home. If we could give zero stars, we would. The homes are poorly constructed (and I have a strong understanding of building construction), and the HOA is quick to harass homeowners. After closing, good luck trying to get in contact with Lennar or the HOA for help. We definitely learned a hard lesson—never buy a Lennar home. I just hope this review reaches someone before they make the same mistake. Please, learn from ours.
Great incentives, homes, and customer service would shop here first if looking for a home close to Dallas you will not beat the price and what you get for it!
RUN, DON'T WALK. I read the reviews prior to contemplating on choosing Lennar as a potential homebuilder. The price, location, and home size was good so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe my experience might be different. Boy did I make a mistake.
