Well built home. Safe neighborhood. Quiet (except for all the barking dogs, but better than gunshots and sirens.) THE CONS: if you’re considering purchasing here. Make sure you get a sump pump. The drainage is a disastrous joke here and not considered by the builder. I love my house HOWEVER... I moved in the end of April and before moving in, I pointed out issues with the standing water in the back yard along with the side of the house. I was told I needed to submit a service request after I moved in. The request was submitted in May. I have been dealing with muddy standing water since. Lennar came out and looked at it, a manager at Lennar came out and looked again, the landscape company came out with Lennar for a quote and it finally gets scheduled for today (7/12) between 9am and 1pm. ... read more
