Guys buying house is big thing for your family or investment. House is solid in way little things has came up Lennar has fixed them no problem. My landscaping quality is different from my neighbors. The property need landscape and fencing in the backyard which is not cheap look at 16k up for backyard. Loan looks so good like you can not past up the deal.
