Lennar Homes has attempted to steal $27,000 from my elderly, medically compromised mother. We will be pursuing legal action against them for it. My mother didn’t even remember signing the original purchase agreement (which was coerced over the phone and "signed" digitally). I was the one who wired the deposit on her behalf. Beautiful place beautiful homes I’m going to enjoy living there
i would probably never buy a Lennar home again..the workmanship was very poor, the pavers in the front walkway have over a 1 1/2 in gap from the wall and got filled in with sand and told me thats the best they can do, driveway area by the garage door is cracking away and i was told its cosmetic and they dont take care of cosmetic, and kitchen cabinets were done so badly that they replaced damaged cabinets with more damaged cabinets and added a hole in the wall when they were done and theres more to add to this list but my ha... read more
Great bang for the buck with lots of upgrades. Sold it after 16 months with no issues. More than I can say for the other 4 we bought in silverleaf.
