We bought new home with two died palm trees includes, Called Lennar they said it’s not their responsibility, I have to remove dead trees by my own expense, I Would not recommend this builder.

Lennar Homes has attempted to steal $27,000 from my elderly, medically compromised mother. We will be pursuing legal action against them for it. My mother didn’t even remember signing the original purchase agreement (which was coerced over the phone and "signed" digitally). I was the one who wired the deposit on her behalf.
