Do not buy a home from Lennar! They are terrible craftsmanship and they are slow to help with anything. It’s one thing after the next with these homes. I bought mine during April 2020 and they had me do a FaceTime closing inspection and I regret ever doing it. 4 years of this home falling apart and numerous complaints to headquarters and BBB. I don’t usually post negative things but I know that many of my neighbors are experiencing non-leveled/grated backyards, pipe issues, electrical issues, solar issues, etc. when I moved ... read more

Even though house sales has decreased but they still ask extremely high prices for houses that's not worth the price
They like to keep your deposit and resell the home. Also the repairs are always a challenge
