We just bought a house in October 2025 worst builder ever they used cheap materials, AC is to small for the house 1st they said they will change the unit own words from the foreman they changed their mind, crake on walls, stairs, kitchen and they said we can fix it is no part of the settlement. Great place, it’s not loud, ppl are friendly ….but ppl are not picking up after their dogs. Looooot of poop. Will bring it up to the HOA. 12/7- After emailing the HOA they installed poop waste stations.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible work. PM clearly does not do his job. Nothing but issues since I've moved in. House has had multiple power surges come through and damage routers, NVR's, etc. Found breakers are not labeled correctly and to top it off the house is not even grounded. But this passed inspection though right? haha definitely a bs inspection. Go with anyone else but Lennar.
