New site building all types of homes. Loved their layouts for all types of homes.
Great place, it’s not loud, ppl are friendly ….but ppl are not picking up after their dogs. Looooot of poop. Will bring it up to the HOA.
This 1 star review is based on the property management company lennar chooses to run the neighborhood. We have faced nothing but harassment since we moved in. The first month wasn't bad until they really started aggressively enforcing rules that seem to do nothing but funnel money into their pockets. We were planning on buying 2 more homes from lennar this year, but I will never even consider doing business with them again after this horrible experience. I would be open to reason. I had the best new home buying experience in the past 2 months with Lennar team in Ranson, WV. Besides that they are extremely knowledgeable and professional, they were also kind and understanding to my ignorance in the process. Brad made sure that all my questions were answered and he made sure to encourage me to ask as I go. I’ve had 3 meetings so far with him and 1 with the construction lead, Todd.
