I love my new house
Our first home was a Lennar Home at Shale Creek we bought in April of 2018 and Sold in November of 2023. The Quality of the home was not very good. Immediately after moving in we had to replace the entire HVAC A/C System, Roof, and Water Heater. If you want quality, look else where. Homes are always for sale in this area and their are a TON of renters in this community. The HOA is a NIGHTMARE! Please don't make the same mistake my family and I made.
