When shopping around for homes, Lennar quickly stood out to me and I was eager to meet with a Lennar Sales Representative. I was easily able to schedule an appointment over email. We arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment, no one was on site. At exactly 2:59pm, a car pulled up in the parking lot-it was the sales rep. I had an appointment to sit down with a sales agent at 3:00PM Saturday. My girlfriend and I arrived at least 5 minutes early and the office was closed. Raquel Barrett, the sales agent, pulled in to the parking lot at 3:00. She walked by us as though we weren’t there and didn’t say a word.
