Grossly disappointed in Lennar’s new development off of Pecan Park Rd. I own a Lennar home in Lexington Park, and had wanted my son to find a new home close by. Those houses have zero curb appeal, dull as dishwater design, they are hardly 10-12 feet apart, and the backyards appear to be less than 25 feet deep. Like disconnected condos. Then you don’t even get mail to your home, there are two massive and tacky apartment style mailbox areas at the complex entrance.
