Too far and isolated . Not for me
Grossly disappointed in Lennar’s new development off of Pecan Park Rd. I own a Lennar home in Lexington Park, and had wanted my son to find a new home close by. Those houses have zero curb appeal, dull as dishwater design, they are hardly 10-12 feet apart, and the backyards appear to be less than 25 feet deep. Like disconnected condos. Then you don’t even get mail to your home, there are two massive and tacky apartment style mailbox areas at the complex entrance. I'm so impressed with this builder. Jordan Lawson is an excellent sales associate and did a good job for us however, the contract on our home fell through so we were not able to continue the purchase with Lennar. Everyone involved, Bridgett Synder, Penny Bass and Regina Griffis were all very helpful in returning my deposit in an expeditious manner. I've read complaints regarding Lennar staff and policy.
