1-star review Extremely disappointed with Lennar as our home builder. From the start, we were misled about the sprinkler/irrigation system—they explicitly told us during the sales process and walkthrough that it was connected to a reclaimed/reused water source (which is common in Florida communities to keep bills low). Turns out it was hooked up to regular potable water instead. This false information led to shockingly high water bills right after moving in, as the system ran as designed but racked up costs we weren’t expect... read more
