1-star review Extremely disappointed with Lennar as our home builder. From the start, we were misled about the sprinkler/irrigation system—they explicitly told us during the sales process and walkthrough that it was connected to a reclaimed/reused water source (which is common in Florida communities to keep bills low). Turns out it was hooked up to regular potable water instead.
