What started as the excitement of buying my first home has turned into a nightmare. We pay HOA fees, yet many of the community rules are simply not enforced. Trash cans are left outside 24/7, making the neighborhood look neglected. The entrance gate is constantly left open, raising serious safety concerns. 0-Star Review I am deeply disappointed with Lennar as our home builder. From the very beginning, we were misled on several critical aspects of the home and community, and the problems continue to pile up more than a year and a half after closing. During the sales process and walkthrough, we were explicitly told that the sprinkler/irrigation system was connected to a reclaimed/reused water source — a standard feature in many Florida communities designed to keep water bills manageable. 1-star review Extremely disappointed with Lennar as our home builder. From the start, we were misled about the sprinkler/irrigation system—they explicitly told us during the sales process and walkthrough that it was connected to a reclaimed/reused water source (which is common in Florida communities to keep bills low). Turns out it was hooked up to regular potable water instead.
