the only good thing i can say is you get a decent sized house for your money and we enjoy the location. aside from that all trades did horrible in my house. seams of trims do not match up well, grout looks bad, we had seams in are carpet in each and every room. they came back to fix everything after our 1 year and nothing looks better. i don't think they are capable of making it look better if they wanted to. cracks in our driveway and garage. the sidewalk and curbs throughout this community look horrendous. i'm not a spitef... read more
My husband and I purchased an end unit at SOV in 2022 with a bedroom suite on the entry level, and a loft with power room and roof deck on the 4th floor. It was so spacious, full of light, and beautifully designed. We loved it! Courtney handled all the paperwork for the sale with no problems. There were a few "issues" with the construction, but they were all taken care of within a few months.
