Not a good experience. The sales consultant could have been a lot more respectful and professional. We were planning to purchase the Charleston Slab and were pre approved for the loan but the closing cost was too high. Asked if they could do any additional closing cost help and they couldn’t which was fine. A few days later I get a follow up call from the sales rep asking if we wanted to move forward. Sam was excellent and the community is beautiful. My parents have been searching for a house at the beach for some time now and I am so excited that they are going to get to call this community home.
