Lennar is very bad at following up on warranty issues. Buy elsewhere. We've not even been here 30 days and have had over three issues with faulty installation and Lennar 's response has been terrible. Find a different builder.
This piece fell off our house and Lannar said they would not fix it, and it’s not covered, even though this house was only built 2 years ago. Seems like an easy fix, you would think they’d take better care of their home buyers.
