I had a very poor experience with this company due to miscommunication of onsite personnel and I felt disrespected. I ultimately did not purchase a Lennar home at St. John’s Lake.
We purchased a home in a previously completed Lennar community. You will soon see that Lennar has an extremely high turnover rate and incompetence at every level. They also have "subcontractors" complete almost all of the work on these houses - feel free to look up what this term means. The same people installing your shingles will be installing your tile 2 days later...
