If you are in the process of purchasing a home here best advice is don't let them pressure you into signing before they complete all repairs. They promised so many repairs would be done, 4 months later we are still waiting and no response. It has honestly been a nightmare, as 1st time homebuyers this has been a terrible experience. The guy in charge of completing our repairs told us himself that he was going to close the tickets even though they were NOT completed yet. Update: 2026 nothing has changed..
Restrooms where disgusting. Should check them more frequently
when we moved in nothing we pointed out in the walk through was done, once moved in i noticed it smelled like gas in our garage, there was a gas leak due to the installation of the water heater and a leak in my kitchen from stove, i have only been here for a week and cant even imagine what problems i’ll have to deal with in this house within a few months.
