If i could leave zero stars i would. Buying this home has been the WORST mistake ive ever made. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
If you are in the process of purchasing a home here best advice is don't let them pressure you into signing before they complete all repairs. They promised so many repairs would be done, 4 months later we are still waiting and no response. It has honestly been a nightmare, as 1st time homebuyers this has been a terrible experience. The guy in charge of completing our repairs told us himself that he was going to close the tickets even though they were NOT completed yet. Update: 2026 nothing has changed..
Restrooms where disgusting. Should check them more frequently
