when we moved in nothing we pointed out in the walk through was done, once moved in i noticed it smelled like gas in our garage, there was a gas leak due to the installation of the water heater and a leak in my kitchen from stove, i have only been here for a week and cant even imagine what problems i’ll have to deal with in this house within a few months.

A lot of homeowners are very disappointed and upset with Lennar’s recent decision to choose the trash company for each homeowner at Ruby Crossing community. The homeowners were NOT included in their bidding decision with Frontier Trash Solutions. We are all adult homeowners in this community and should’ve been included in this decision. DO NOT BUY FROM LENNAR!!! As someone who deeply regrets it now, they dont care about the people that live in their communities. As of right now they still have majority for the hoa and have yet to hold annual meetings even though they are required by law.
