HOA doesn’t care about the townhome community. They enforce rules and regulations for the single homes but the townhomes, they let everyone get away with everything. We got letters with warnings to not park in unmarked areas and I thought “oh nice, they’re cleaning up my street” but nope, it was for the single homes. OH when I emailed and ask them about it? Ha. Investors are coming in and buying up townhomes and the smaller homes. Feels like more renters than homeowners. HOA management does basically nothing. Apparently the developer calls all of the rules and Lennar is doing nothing but selling homes with 0 regards to the community.
Investors are coming in and buying up townhomes and the smaller homes. Feels like more renters than homeowners. HOA management does basically nothing. Apparently the developer calls all of the rules and Lennar is doing nothing but selling homes with 0 regards to the community.
The neighborhood is starting to feel overwhelmed by renters not maintaining properties….yards aren’t being maintained, there’s frequent weed smoking, kids and teens are often unsupervised and damaging things, and cars are being left parked on side streets long-term. It’s disappointing, especially since the larger homes here are really nice. Lennar isn’t planning to implement a rental cap, so I worry this could continue to get worse unless something is addressed.
Home Quality Issues: Lennar Homes The quality of craftsmanship in my Lennar home has been extremely disappointing. Despite being only a year old, my walkway is already falling apart, showing signs of significant neglect in the construction process.
