As a homeowner in this community, I'd strongly advise anyone buying anything from Lennar not to. We were told this was going to be a gated community only to later find out that the whole city of Rialto can vandalize the amenities we pay for. I don't even wanna get started on the quality of their build. These houses will be considered worse than substandard in an ideal world, absolutely shambolic. They cut corners to make sure they make quick money. Run away and don't look back if you are even considering buying.
The hospitality was nice but when I did a tour through their Ridgewater Homes I was very very unimpressed. They cut corners, don't even look inside in-between tours since there was a fresh rat infestation and even after just two years certain things are falling apart. If they aren't paying attention to the small details you can see, then what's to say they paid proper attention to the structure.
