My tip to you! Hire your own home inspector! As a real estate agent, I take pride in guiding my clients toward smart, informed purchases—but after representing a buyer on a Lennar home, I feel compelled to share this warning. As a homeowner in this community, I'd strongly advise anyone buying anything from Lennar not to. We were told this was going to be a gated community only to later find out that the whole city of Rialto can vandalize the amenities we pay for. I don't even wanna get started on the quality of their build. These houses will be considered worse than substandard in an ideal world, absolutely shambolic. They cut corners to make sure they make quick money. Run away and don't look back if you are even considering buying.
