Getting into the home was wonderful. Some of the things they promised I’m coming to find aren’t true. They talk about no motor homes etc and when you ask about how it’s enforced they say a community association (not HOA because no fee). You get here and it’s a mess. Everything is overgrown to the point where you can’t walk on the side walks and certain homes have weeds literally up to my shoulders. It’s disappointing to say the least.
