Don’t move here if you value your peace or quality builds…jackhammers and obnoxious construction noise goes nonstop 6-7days a week from 5:30am-10pm everyday. Car has been destroyed from the roads they keep ripping up and debris they keep leaving all over the roads. Brand new house is already falling apart so build quality is very low. Not impressed at all and regret moving out here. Save yourself the hassle and move anywhere else.

Don’t live here unless you like listening to constant construction noise and being woken up at 6:45am everyday…construction noise never ends and has been going on nonstop for days/weeks/months and walls are paper thin. Not worth it for the overpriced houses!

This neighborhood has single family homes (primarily 2 story) and built by Lennar. They started construction in late 2022, but as of the date of this review, they have made good progress with their builds. Audubon will have road noise as cars routinely go 55 mph but the location is very convenient to both Chaska and Chanhassen High Schools, shopping, and Highway 212.
