Worst builds ever. I honestly can’t emphasize enough how cheap these homes feel. Don’t let the model home fool you. The materials used throughout the house are very low quality, and the overall construction is just poor. We’re only slightly past the warranty period and already dealing with multiple issues. During the warranty period, several of our concerns were brushed off as “not the builder’s responsibility” or “not an issues” even though they clearly looked like construction defects.
