Horrible. Ruined the views, whined about the racetrack so now its going to be a gd vehicle auction center. The houses are trash quality, if they make it 50 years I'll be shocked. Absurd prices, and they are so close together you will never get big trees going to cover the eyesore. Just awful, should be criminal to give so little care to a huge project like this that is in everyone's face.

Poorly built houses that have overinflated prices and this whole neighborhood took so much from the local area between the beautiful landscape that existed there before and is now forever destroyed or causing the shutdown of the historic race track they decided to build next to.
Demanded housing be made next to a racetrack and then complains about the noise. Terrible place to live filled with Karen's who can't possibly mind their own business
