You might as well budget at least $50k for repairs not covered (not upgrades). Poor construction and Lennar denies 99% of warranty claims. Their staff changes so often that you can never get resolution because you are passed on to someone new as soon as any progress is made. Buyer beware!! A lot of crime in this neighborhood due to lennar selling properties to investors and allowing government vouchers. We have had so much criminal activity and HOA will not do anything! They also sell this property advertising a slide that has been closed since a week after open and they charge an additional $85 club fee on top of an outrageous HOA monthly payment that they don’t disclose. If I could give Lennar and Prosperity Lakes a 0 star review I would. Any of the negative things you hear? Rest assured- they are true. I closed on my home 12/12/2025 and in a little over a month I CANT WAIT to get out of this home, community, etc. I need my entire floor ripped out, upstairs bathroom redone, entire yard is a disaster, walls are bowing, carpet coming up at all transitions, its so far beyond fixing... Horrible in my opinion. It’s going to be 6 months and still have not received my deposit after the sale fell through. Kim in my opinion has been disrespectful and lacks urgency.
