Poor quality. Poor customer service. Noise. Abysmal amenities. Why does the 55+ community have a larger play area, pool, gym, clubhouse? The play area in this community is already too small for the families that live here let alone all of the other houses you plan to build…. so I hope there’s a plan for another play area and where is the splash pad going to go that we were told about when we purchased? Some people that bought here 6-8 months ago are already selling at a loss. Builder keep slashing prices by 50-60k and begging realtors to bring them buyers. The HOA fees miraculously doubles right after you buy. Beyond BARE MINIMUM materials and craftmanship. Expect to spend thousands to fix your house since the builder does not honor the warranty.
I get the fact that most cookie cutter home builders use standard materials but Lennar is using EXTREMELY cheap materials. The water smells REALLY REALLY bad at this subdivision and we just found out that its because of the CHEAP faucet hoses Lennar is using. They refused to fix so we are paying for it. Be ready to fix items at your OWN expense after the closing. Lennar is refusing to fix most of them. UPDATE: It costs around $800 to fix the plumbing issue and Lennar IS NOT covering it.
