Edit: Amenities are as underwhelming as it appeared while they were building. You’ll be paying an additional ~$85 a month for amenities that we’re paying for people’s salaries that aren’t working, the lifeguards aren’t there & we’re paying for them, the front desk staff is less than helpful, no one answers the phone. To Lennar and Prosperity Lakes 55 and over Community, I bought a home Oct 23 2025 From the sales department, Sandy, concierge Patricia, head builder Dan and everyone from Lanar. The service was top notch!!!!! My experience was happy and Joyful. I love my house and community. The landscaping is top notch in the whole community Almost did not buy in this community. The pool and playground are already at capacity and the development still has hundreds of houses to build. The pool atmosphere on the weekends is equivalent to a city public pool with no rules or supervision. Not relaxing or peaceful. The gym is the size of a shoe closet. For what we pay every month the amenities are trash. Also expect to pay an additional monthly fee for pool staff and a lifeguard that is never there.
SEPT25 UPDATE: after 3 electricians were sent to simply replace the outlet getting water in, they ended up sending an outside company to investigate the water filtration. External company ended up finding about 15 cracks all around the first floor blocks which was letting water in all around the house. They sent a team to caulk and paint the cracks marked by external company. -We’re still waiting (18 months later) for Lennar to take responsibility of the HUGE HOLE AND RIDGE in our back yard that’s been there since before clo... read more
