THE HOA IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! TALK TO THE RESIDENTS BEFORE BUYING A HOME! The HOA management is REALLY REALLY bad. Residents even started petition to switch to a different company but its not possible just yet. As a result, Lennar keeps slashing prices since they can't sell the homes. Your home value will go down after you purchase so definitely look somewhere else to buy.. Some of the residents are already selling AT A LOSS and leaving....
Beware of the loopholes when visiting any Lennar community. I went to take a look at a model without my realtor ( who is my dad by the way ). Never once was I asked if I had an agent nor told I needed to have him present when looking at a model, otherwise, he would not be paid the 3% commission. I genuinely forgot to mention it upon my visit because I didn’t think it was a big deal.
