Run far far away. Lennar has to be the absolute worst in existence. Their “warranty” is atrocious, and their warranty team is of no help. Fun fact - Lennar has contracts with local vendors that prohibits you from hiring the vendors on your dime. That’s correct, you cannot hire certain vendors to do work at your home while it’s under warranty, even if you pay for it.
