Had a amazing experience with Ali as he helped me and a few Realtors learn all about the community and find several good options for clients in our visit to Pomona. Really impressed Lennar quality and design and PRICE for this neighborhood. Ali is the kind of sales representative that I want to do business with in the future!
The Lennar people here are so bad. Ali and Turquoise lied and tried to make me accept that having holes in a new construction roof home is okay. Manny also said that this is how Lennar build homes. We took it up to their bosses and it got resolved. Please be careful with these people. Turquoise lied about the actual money we were getting towards closing and appliances. Look over your contract. If your inspector says its a problem then make sure Lennar people fix it. if they say no then don't buy the home. These people are da... read more
Ali was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend him as a sales consultant. He was thorough, kind, and very informative. He put us at ease throughout the entire home buying process. This location is beautiful and we feel content in our decision.
Lennar was very helpful during our whole process in buying a home. They are friendly and great customer service. Manny our construction manager is awesome! He is friendly and goes above and beyond. Had a great experience.
