Horrible. Do not recommend.
With multiple builders in the Pomona community, I would suggest nobody choose Lennar for a new construction home. The only reasons for a two star instead of a one star are Bryan from Lennar Mortgage and Manny from the construction side. Bryan and Manny were both helpful and responsive with our questions and concerns throughout the process. Everyone from the sales side of Lennar are terrible. My wife with an injured spine and I had to clean the entire house and delay our move in because the "deep clean" from the cleaning crew did not appear to have cleaned our home. They were at the house for 30 minutes, in which my wife waited in the hot garage for them to finish. A house cannot be "deep cleaned" in 30 minutes and based on our cleaning after them, they did not clean the house at all.
Bianca Robert’s, our assigned concierge, was pretty much unresponsive throughout the entire process. I would have to reach out to Lennar customer service for them to leave word for her to respond to us. She did not benefit us in the home buying process whatsoever. Turquoise Burroughs, who is the sales representative for Lennar, was responsive until we signed the contract. From that point on, she was unresponsive.
