BUYER BEWARE 1. Lennar has not made all homes they are building and selling can be located on GPS.I can not get any type of delivery UPS/FEDEX/AMAZON etc…I cannot receive mail. Can’t even be located on What3words. This has been my experience since July 2025. I’ve never been given a mailbox or mailbox keys. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME ON SW 69th TER IN PIONEER RANCH BY LENNAR IN OCALA FL. 1. Lennar still has not put my house into GPS. I can not get any type of delivery UPS/FEDEX/AMAZON etc…I cannot receive mail. In fact, 911 gives out the addresses but they cannot verify my location!!! Found that out today! They have had my mailbox keys for weeks and never called me. I found out from new neighbors who are receiving mail at the same box location. Then I had to request my keys! That took another week!
