While everything is mostly great and customer service is good make sure you get your details in writing. I was told I was to have a internet access panel installed in my home before I bought it.It was wired for it, but it was not installed.So when I called to actually find out about it before my home warranty for my year was up, they said, no, my plan does not actually have that that I have to pay extra for it, which is what I was not told.And then I also asked about a toilet seat.That was installed that had a missing part.T... read more
These homes are made very cheap. The paint on the walls stain easily and are not coated. Floors are not coated. This was one of my biggest mistakes.
