Horrible quality and customer service. Firstly, our house was not even finished on closing day…yes CLOSING DAY. Then I had to get a hotel because we were displaced because I could not have my baby crawling around an unfinished house….and they still have not reimbursed me for the hotel cost. It is a complete churn and burn that inflates the pricing of their poorly made homes. Thankfully, the warranty team is great because if not this company would be underwater. I would highly suggest against buying any Lennar homes.
VERY NICE REPRESENTATIVE TOOK US ON A TOUR OF THREE HOMES. VERY INFORMATIVE.
Right now my family is in the process of building our dream home. We found the floor plan that we were in search of and communicate our desires based on options structurally and cosmetically and RealStar has so far exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to see the finish product and to move into our home!
